Helping Homecare Payers Manage Orders

A leader in software solutions for home healthcare, this client asked me to assess and improve on designs for a Saas offering that helps home care payers manage orders and communication with home healthcare providers and members. My involvement included performing a heuristic review of the product, research to surface priority tasks, information architecture, wireframes of user flows and high fidelity designs. There was a lot of complexity around admin settings for handling priority sorting, as well as tracking communications while staying compliant with industry requirements.
