MURAL: More than a Digital Whiteboard

Collaboration intelligence company MURAL wants the users of it’s digital whiteboard product to do more than have better remote meetings. They also strive to bring world-class design thinking methodologies into the hands of everyday employees and their teams. As a contract Senior Product Designer in their Community pilar, I focussed on the Learning and How-to sections of their application.

I proposed a new and improved help menu for the MURAL application taking into account current usability issues, behavior data, and content gaps.

I worked with the design team to reconfigure the information architecture in the learning and how-to areas of the MURAL application to better accommodate future content expansions and integrations. I also created a library of contextual styles for formatting learning content to make it easier to use and understand.
